Ordinary soap or tricholoma saponaceum - one of the mushrooms of the Ryadovkov family. This species causes a lot of controversy and reasoning not only by scientists, but also by ordinary mushroom pickers.
Where it grows and how it looks
The hat is rounded at the beginning of growth. With age, it becomes spread out, length from 5 to 18 cm. After rain, it becomes sticky and slippery, the rest of the time it is covered with wrinkles, the edges of the hat are soiled and brittle. The hat is gray with a yellow-green tint. Sometimes there are specimens with a bluish tint.
Leg of cream color with gray-green or pinkish tint, fusiform, with grayish plates. Leg height from 3 to 10 cm, width from 1.5 to 3.5 cm. The flesh is light, porous, turns pink on the scrap. It tastes bitter with a nasty soapy aroma. The records are infrequent, uneven, gray-green in color, which over time changes to pale green. When pressed, the plates become red or brown.
Distributed in coniferous and mixed forests, it also occurs in pine forests. Grows individually or in small families in several rows. Fruits from August to October.
Edible row soap or not
Opinions vary: some scientists classify it as toxic, and others as inedible. It is known for sure that it is not poisonous. Cooking Application

Processed mushrooms must be laid out in sterile containers, while laying horseradish, currant leaves and several cloves of garlic on the bottom.
