Ukrainian farmers managed to collect 10.2 million tons of beets from 211 thousand hectares of land. The yield in this case amounted to 486 centners per hectare.
And this is not all the achievements of domestic agricultural workers: for example, on an area of 13.3 million hectares they harvested and threshed 57.5 million tons of grain crops (yield averaged 43 centners per hectare.
In particular, caring farmers harvested 34 million tons of early grains and legumes from fields of almost ten million hectares. They did not bypass 22 and a half tons of corn from three million hectares of fields. Carefully collected buckwheat (133 thousand tons from 106 hectares), millet (75 thousand tons from 48 thousand hectares). Also, sunflower (13 million tons from fields with a total area of 5.8 million hectares), soybeans (4 million tons from 1.6 million hectares) and rapeseed (more than two and a half million tons from an area of 1 million hectares) were ground.
Well, for now, some farmers are actively harvesting, while others are scrupulously sowing millions of hectares of land as part of the autumn sowing campaign. To date, about 7 million hectares of winter crops have been cultivated and sown (out of 7.2 million planned).
