Very soon, in the second half of July 2019, the French ambassador will pay an official visit to the Republic of Bashkortostan. It is known that representatives of the Savencia Fromage & Dairy enterprise will come to the region together with the authorized ambassador.

This French company specializes in the production of the highest quality cheeses, which are massively sold on the world market under the brands Alouette, Saint Agur Blue, Etorki and Saint Albray and are in great demand among European audiences.

Guests from France will come to the Bashkir open spaces for a reason - together with representatives of the regional authorities they will lay the first brick in the foundation of the new enterprise. We are talking about a plant that will annually launch on the market (both external and internal) about twelve thousand tons of cheese delicacies.

Such information was shared by the deputy head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the region, Yuri Lysov, we also note that the commissioning of a new enterprise will help ensure the Republic of Bashkortostan double annual cheese rate.

It will not be superfluous to note that annually Bashkir cheese makers release up to fourteen thousand tons of cheese to the market. Based on the impressive pace of production and the high quality of the products, the administration of Savencia Fromage & Dairy concluded that cooperation with Bashkir manufacturers can be promising and mutually beneficial.

That is why in 2017, a French company became the owner of a controlling stake in the Belebeyevsky Dairy Plant (which produced over one hundred forty-four and a half thousand tons of milk last year) in the Republic of Bashkortostan and launched a trial production line. The experiment was successful, and now the region expects the opening of a new plant with unique and high-tech equipment.
