In the Donetsk region, 97% of agricultural land is used - sown by various crops, cattle graze on them. For the income from these units, their owners must pay taxes.

The tax is not paid if the share size is up to 2 ha. land and people grow something on it for personal use and the needs of the family.

In the Alexandrov GR, 73 thousand ha. land. More than 53 thousand - agricultural land. Each farmer receives income, it is different and depends on agricultural technology, the culture itself, weather conditions, since the region is in the zone of risky farming.

According to the chairman of the Alexander OTO Lyudmila Borisevich, due to the undeclared budget of the community loses 2 million UAH. annually. This money could be used to improve social infrastructure.

“Since the beginning of the year, 2157 declarations have been filed, of which 863 declarations have been submitted by citizens (residents of Konstantinovka and the Konstantinovsky district) who process shares and sell their own agricultural products.

These citizens declared 4,5 mln. income, 802.7 thousand taxes on personal incomes, 67.2 thousand military fees, ”said Anna Bondarenko, chief state inspector of the Konstantinovsky STI.

It is very difficult to verify and prove that the peasant received money from the sale of the crop from his share. In the tax, which is responsible for the declaration, there are no resources for this.

“We are working with farmers and farmers, we explain to them. But in response, we often hear: “I didn’t have this year” or “I did not sow there”, this ends the conversation, since we cannot prove that the money was from that share, ”Anna Bondarenko added.
