Agrarians of the Stavropol Territory recently sent a large batch of wheat to the Azerbaijani market.
It is known that grain belongs to the new crop of the current year and is the first supply of cereals from Stavropol fields to Azerbaijan.
Such information was shared with the general public by representatives of the press center of the federal institution “Grain Quality Assessment Center”, which was involved in the shipment of wheat.
The ministry also notes that a total of twelve wagons with grain were sent to Azerbaijani purchasers. It is important to add that the wheat that was shipped to the Republic of Azerbaijan belongs to the so-called fourth quality class.
This affiliation indicates that the grain contains about twenty percent gluten, about seventy-five units of IDK (an indicator of the elasticity of the grain, which affects the quality of flour for baking bakery products). The proportion of protein in such a grain is over twelve percent.
And the mass indicator of the established volume of grain (nature) is equal to seven hundred and fifty grams per liter. Note that such characteristics fully satisfy the demands of Azerbaijani purchasers.
